They have certain ways of teaching for example my old High school did not teach music correctly at all especially for students who want to learn instruments. They use to give us a piano sheet of music without us understanding how to read it and set us of to the old Yamaha keyboards. My school dint have any fundings to buy instruments expect keyboards or hire professional music teachers. The government is blind to see that local schools need certain fundings to teach students who want to become artists, instead of funding local schools they give money out to private schools because rich parents pay more to have their kids to learn real education.
